Limmud in the Hood - Cape Town 2018

This session is an exchange between the personal and the collective.  We will share our intention briefly, draw in charcoal expressively and work experientially in clay. The aim is not to create a finished ceramic vessel, but to use clay as an expressive tool, to highlight our inner gesture or current state.   Disclaimer : This is not an art therapy session - it is an opportunity to practice mindfulness using creativity.
